Langston Hughes was born on Feburary 1, 1902.
He was born in Joplin,Missouri.
He was a profound writer.
He wrote an essay that appeared in the "Nation".
In 1923, Mr. Hughes traveled all over the world.
In 1924. Mr. Hughes returned to Harlem during the Harlem Renaissance.
In 1926, Mr. Hughes recieved a scholarship to Lincoln University in Pennsylania.
He then graduated with his Bachelor's Degree.
Mr. Hughes wrote six books of poems, two novels, three collections of short stories etc.
Langston Hughes died on May 22, 1967.
