Keep on writing. Try using more metaphors and similes in your poetry. Try experimenting with developing images of what you are saying. For example, in your "Hate" poem, what images of hate do you want the reader to visualize? Make your writing visually descriptive. If you want it to be lyrical, try some internal rhyme and alliteration. We can work on that on Fridays after school if you want.
