Droopy Drawers
I think that I would not support the decision of Delegate Algie J. Howell Jr. Wearing pants down your waist to show your underwear is considered a style. I don't wear my clothes like that but I feel that it is unfair to try to change a person's way of dressing. I would not favor this such decision just because it mainly targets black people. It is a shame to see that a black man like Howell himself would start a feud against his own people.

Excellent well thought out and clearly stated response. Does everyone have a right to dress whatever way they want? Is it alright for me to wear my pants below my butt and have my underwear showing, because it's a style?
I must admit, though, as a hippie in college, I dressed in ways that I would never permit a student to dress in my class.
